hCG Detox and Fat Release Program
This is a brief overview of the HCG Detox and Fat Release Program based on the protocol developed by Dr Simeons. Click here to download the full original manuscript. Phases of the program
Phase 1: Loading Phase
2 days
Commence bioenergetics homeopathic drops
Eat as much high fat foods as possible, preferably low sugar eg macadamias, avocado, coconut.
Phase 2: VLCD
21-42 days
Continue drops
Commence alkalising hCG diet
Transition
2 days
Discontinue drops
Continue hCG diet
Phase 3: Maintenance
24 – 45 days
No drops
Commence Maintenance diet for same number of days as on drops.
Phase 2: hCG Diet
You are on a very specific diet however don’t worry – the released fat will keep you feeling full. Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water to flush the toxins from your body. This diet can only be undertaken while on the drops.
Lunch
100grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, kangaroo, fresh white fish, lobster, crab or prawns. No other meat or fish is allowed. Vegetarian options are also available. Meat is to be weighed raw and must be prepared without using any fat or oil.

One type of vegetable to be chosen from the following:
Spinach, silver beet, chard, chicory, beet-greens, bok-choy, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel bulbs, onion, red radish, cucumber, asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, zucchini and cabbage.
You may eat 50-70 calories of vegetables per serve. This equates to a heaping helping of veg!

1 thin rice cake

One medium apple, a handful of strawberries, 1/2 grapefruit, one firm kiwifruit, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup blackberries or one medium orange.
Dinner
The same four choices as lunch, but you must not choose the same meat, vegetable or fruit twice in the one day. No more than four items to be eaten at any one sitting. The essence is to have 2 serves each of protein, vegetables and fruit per day plus 1-2 serves of starch.
Lettuce, fresh herbs and lemons may be used freely.
You may break up the two meals. For instance:
Breakfast: Fresh lemon juice. Black coffee followed by an orange.
Morning tea: Herbal tea and an apple
Lunch: Grilled chicken breast with salad greens, rocket and cucumber
Afternoon tea: Herbal tea and 1 rice cake
Dinner: Grilled beef with steamed broccoli
Fluids
Herbal tea – as much as you like. You may also drink tea or coffee, however I recommend that you do not use milk.
Use stevia as your sweetener if required.
Drink 2 + litres of water each day, in addition to tea.
Condiments
You may use apple cider vinegar, coconut vinegar, herbs and spices.
