Chia Jelly
The perfect breakfast – suitable for Maintenance, and a wonderful high protein, anti-inflammatory start to the day.
- Candida
- Dairy Free
- Fasting
- Gluten Free
- Maintenance
- Vegetarian
- Wheat Free
- 1 tbspn chia seeds
- Juice of 1/2 an orange – about 1/3 cup
- 1 dstspn plain coconut yoghurt
- 1 serve fruit in season*
- 1 tspn cinnamon
- 1 tbspn Brekkie Sprinkle+
* Choose apple, paw paw or firm kiwi fruit if on Anti-Candida diet

- Soak chia seeds in orange juice for 5 or so mins, stirring occasionally, until swollen and soft.
- Top with all other ingredients!
