Chia Jelly

The perfect breakfast – suitable for Maintenance, and a wonderful high protein, anti-inflammatory start to the day.

  • Candida
  • Dairy Free
  • Fasting
  • Gluten Free
  • Maintenance
  • Vegetarian
  • Wheat Free
  • 1 tbspn chia seeds
  • Juice of 1/2 an orange – about 1/3 cup
  • 1 dstspn plain coconut yoghurt
  • 1 serve fruit in season*
  • 1 tspn cinnamon
  • 1 tbspn Brekkie Sprinkle+

* Choose apple, paw paw or firm kiwi fruit if on Anti-Candida diet

  • Soak chia seeds in orange juice for 5 or so mins, stirring occasionally, until swollen and soft.
  • Top with all other ingredients!
